Boutiques de Noel Opportunity

Hi Volunteer coordinators!

> I am following up RE your students volunteering again this year for Boutiques de Noel.

>

> We again have a volunteer opportunity for your students at Boutiques de Noel to be held at the Shreveport Convention Center November 30 through December 2, 2023.

>

Please keep in mind when asking posting the sigh up that the load in and out shifts will require moving and lifting heavy bulky things! The boys are always great at that!

> We can take 5 of your students per shift. > > LOAD IN: > On Tuesday November 28 > students will help the merchants load their merchandise into their booths from 12 pm to 7pm. > > On Wednesday November 29, students will help merchants set up their booths from 8 am to 7 pm. > > The load in shifts will be as follows: > Tuesday, November 28: > 3pm to 7pm > > Wednesday, November 29: > 4pm to 7pm >

LOAD OUT: > On Saturday December 2nd students will help the merchants load their merchandise out of their booths. > The load out shift will be as follows: > 4pm to 6pm >

> MARKET: > On Thursday November 30, > Friday December 1 and Saturday December 2students will hand out shopping bags, distribute food and water and assist vendors at booths. > > The shifts will be as follows: > Thursday November 30: > 3:30 pm to 6pm > > Friday December 1: > 4pm to 6pm > > Saturday December 2: > 10am to 1pm > 1 pm to 4pm > > > Please reach back out to me with your interest in participating and any questions.
