Please find attached information pertaining to the student application for this year's JS Summer Program.

There is an interest flyer with QR codes for the Course Offerings list and the Student Application. Feel free to use this flyer around your campus. I also included a copy of the Course Offerings for any student that wants a printed copy of the list.

The link to the student application is here: https://forms.gle/PjcyT6wenfxBDqr39  Please use this link to post on Canvas pages or in emails to students/teachers/counselors.

Courses will be provided at CCTC and North Caddo. Transportation will be available to both locations.

Important Information: The application is active starting today and ALL applications are due on Friday, May 3rd at 4:00. This allows students three weeks to review and submit the application. Students accepted will be notified by Wednesday, May 15th and all other forms for accepted students are due by Friday, May 17th. The program is available to current 9th, 10th, and 11th graders.
