Mid-term check out policy

Students wishing to check out after the 7th-period examination on Tuesday, Dec. 19th, must submit a parent note to the main office. Parent notes may be submitted beginning December 11th; the deadline to submit parent notes is Monday, December 18th at 9:00 a.m.
